This clarification text is written by ABM Makine Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. as the data controller within the scope of Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to be Followed in Fulfilling the Disclosure Obligation. Planning Human Resources Processes
It operates limited to its purposes.
ABM Makina A.Ş. processes the personal data of employee candidates with “explicit consent” and in line with the legal reasons “it is mandatory to process data for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the relevant person” and Article 5 of the PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION LAW. It is processed within the framework of the personal data processing conditions specified in Article 6.
Personal data processed in our company are processed domestically within the framework of the provisions of Articles 8 and 9 of the Law; is shared with shareholders. Your personal data is not shared abroad.
As personal data owners, you can submit your requests within the scope of Article 11 of Law No. 6698, which “regulates the rights of the relevant person”, by filling out the ‘KVK Application Form’ and sending it to ITOB Atatürk Cad. No:56, Menderes, İzmir, or to info@abmmakine.com with your e-mail address or to K.V.K. You can forward it to our Company using other methods determined by the Institution.
Your application will be finalized free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, the fee at the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board may be charged.
